Whiskers Therapy LLC (“we”, “us”) runs whiskerstherapy.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: these are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login and order history.
- Messages: anything you send us, such as a customer support email.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To process payments, print and ship your order, and handle returns or problems
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and customer support replies
- To send marketing emails, if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To measure and improve our ads and the site
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
- To meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share only what each company needs to do its job:
- Hostinger: hosts our website
- WooPayments, processed by Stripe: handles card payments
- Printful: prints and ships your order, so it receives your name, shipping address and order details
- Shipping carriers: deliver your package
- Our email marketing provider: sends our emails, if you’ve subscribed
- Advertising and analytics platforms, such as TikTok: help us measure ads and show them to people likely to be interested
- Authorities: when required by law, or to protect our rights
We don’t sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws treat sharing data with advertising platforms as a “sale” or “sharing.” To opt out of that, email info@whiskerstherapy.com.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Correct it
- Delete it
- Get a copy of it
- Opt out of targeted advertising

Children
This site is not intended for children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep your information as long as we need it to fulfill orders, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes.
International visitors
We’re based in the United States, and so are most of our service providers. Your information may be processed in the United States.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
