Refund Policy

Every shirt is printed to order, just for you. That means we can’t take returns because something didn’t work out. If we got something wrong, we’ll make it right.

What we cover

You received the wrong item, size or color
Your order arrived damaged
There’s a printing or manufacturing defect

How to claim

Email info@whiskerstherapy.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, your choice. You don’t need to send the shirt back.

What we don’t cover

Changing your mind
Ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Normal wear, or damage from washing that ignores the care instructions

Wrong address

If an order is returned to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production, we can’t cancel it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
